    Bringing our curiosity,  practicing wonder, connecting with our playful inner child and looking afresh at the world around us with a beginners mind.

     Letting go of our need for a destination, trusting that our inner voice and the natural world will guide us, allowing the practice to unfold its own way.

    Place

    We arrive and connect with our chosen space.  Listening, appreciating, bringing our awareness to deepen our relationship.

    Clear 

    Clearing space to create. Whether sweeping leaves and twigs to the side on the forest floor or clearing expectations of what your nature mandala ‘should’ look like from the mind.

    Create

    Letting play release us from perfectionism, experimenting, welcoming possibility, messiness and letting our imagination fly. Allowing our creativity to rise through our hands and heart.

    Gift   

    Bringing our gratitude to the nature mandala we co-created with nature, noticing, raising up and receiving it for the gift it is. Witnessing the beauty and mystery of the practice. Reflecting on what it can teach us. Choosing if and how we want to gift it to others.

    Let go 

    Practicing letting go, experiencing impermanence as a gift, noticing the beginning that is present in the ending.
